When you apply for a role with Cwiri, we collect and process information that you provide as part of your application, including contact details, CVs, employment history, qualifications and information relevant to the recruitment process.
We use this information to assess applications, communicate with candidates, manage recruitment activities and comply with legal obligations.
Recruitment records, including application forms, CVs, interview notes and assessment materials, are normally retained for up to 12 months following completion of a recruitment exercise and are then deleted when no longer required.
Where appropriate, we may retain details of suitably qualified candidates during this period and contact them regarding future employment opportunities that may be relevant to their skills and experience.
Please note that communications relating to a recruitment process may continue to be retained within Cwiri's email and business record systems where there is a legitimate business reason to do so.
You may contact us at any time to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal obligations requiring its retention.
This website may use strictly necessary cookies or similar technologies in connection with embedded third-party services such as Brevo, including for functionality, service delivery, security and user interaction. We do not use advertising cookies or behavioural tracking cookies.
